- 1967Yuansheng Aluminum Industry was established
- 1977Acquired the plant-designated land in Erlin, with phase 1 development area covering nearly 4,000 m2
- 1979Plant area increased to about 19,800 m2, with production capacity expanded
- 1988Purchased SHIMADZU 500 model and SHIMADZU 1000 model analyzers from Japan
- 1989 Introduced the special-purpose aluminum alloy ADC6 for production
- 1993Company renamed Shing Yang Metal Co., Ltd.
- 1994Purchased two 150HP pulse type dust collectors in response to the government environmental policy
- 1996Obtained the stationary pollution source setup and operation permit
- 1998Obtained the subsidy certification permit for waste aluminum containers from the Recycling Fund Management Board
- 2000Established the Import and Export Trade Department to look for appropriate international raw materials
- 2010Purchased about 11,900 m2 of land in the Changhua Coastal Industrial Park
- 2011Construction of Changbin Plant 2's new factory building commenced, with Far East Architectural Design Award winner, renowned architect Liao Weili, hired for the design of the whole plant
- 2012Comprehensive introduction of the reverberatory furnace production and production standard automation operation
- 2014 Changbin Plant 2 began operation
